Research in the field of preparation of anhydrite binders

The presented bachelor´s work deals with a research and development of sulphate binders on a base of anhydrite with focus on its potential usage in the industrial production of dry mortar mixtures. Within the scope of this work a mineralogical analysis of two industry gypsum was performed as well as an assessment of technological attributes while hydrating a laboratory burnt anhydrite II.
Modicications of Portland cement properties focused on reducing CO2 emissions

This thesis aims to burn raw material with a lower content of carbonate component for the production of Portland cement. Substitution of carbonate component is done by fluidized fly ash. The model cements are tested of basic technological properties and the hydration process is observed.

Presented bachelor thesis deals with the study of hydration of anhydrite binders. This thesis is primary focused on testing the various hydration exciters of anhydrite and subsequent monitoring of the hydration process by the XRD analysis and also builts on previous research in this area at the institute of THD. Conceptually is this work divided into two parts. The first part deals with the general theory of sulphate binders. The second part is devoted to the partical testing of the various hydration exciters and their subsequent comparsion.

Conceptually, it is divided into a general theory of sulfate binders and anhydrite mortar compounds, which is describing in detail the using of anhydrite mortar compounds on the poured floor screeds, and then the experimental part, where is made the mineralogical analysis of seven different gypsum resources and subsequent is monitored the effect of two sulfate exciters on the achieved technological properties and hydration process.
